I will say as a counter point the ExPlat line helped me quite a bit the other day. Flight was not going to get in on time to BDL for the return to PHL. I needed to be in Rome by the latest the next day. We sat on the phone working different solutions and she never gave up working with me. Finally we just called it for the day and I took a 7am flight out to ORD for a 7hour layover but still got to Rome within the amount of time to get home change suitcases and fly to Paris. Only thing she was not able to do was fly me to CDG direct instead of FCO because it was 600 miles away and she could only move the European destination 300 miles. So there are some limits but within these I have found the ExPlat line to be good.
