Recently someone linked an article in Finnish media about flyers from OUL that claimed Finnair was overcharging and flying with too little capacity. Finnair denied all accusations. And the competitors basically said "sure, we could enter OUL again, we have capacity and there is demand, only problem is the same second we announce flying on OUL, Finnair will lower their prices to 50€ and then we will make a great loss".
What are the buckets you are getting on those samples? It might be that because the capacity is lacking on OUL-HEL, they only offer the most expensive buckets on that segment and then they designed the fares to no be able to combine a cheap bucket on the LHR-segment so you wil get Y e.g. all the way.
It wasn't just OUL...it was "a bit better" for KUO, even worse pricing for VAA and KAJ...
