The Nagomi lounge is at the 3rd floor, offers Japanese set breakfast and set dinner, and tea in-between. The Club Lounge (20F) offers buffet breakfast, tea-time biscuits and a dinner spread at cocktail time. Club guests get Club Lounge, Nagomi guests get Nagomi lounge: both are similarly priced (or were in my memory), but you can't hop from one to the other. The room categories explicitely mention Nagomi lounge access or Club lounge access. The shuttle weren't running back in May and the hotel is non-smocking.
