If you're in the mood for Russian food... lovely surroundings (especially upstairs), I think Firebird is a nice choice. I've always found it fairly romantic and a bit 'different.' I am pulling a real blank on the famous restaurant across from Tavern on the Green... on CPW. I don't particularly think the food is very special but lots of people seem to think so and find it romantic, too.
