The link in the first post has the breakfast menu, should still be essentially the same today, although I believe they don't serve alcohol during breakfast time.

When it comes to airline-agnostic lounges in BOS accessible with a credit card, I think anyone here would agree with the statement that the Chase lounge is better than anything else (maybe with the ability to get alcohol during breakfast excepted). While not lounges, the priority pass restaurants may be better if all you want is an entree or a single (higher end) drink. Also way better than the UC IMO.
