These passes work for the whole segment, so you could theoretically visit the lounge at the destination (domestic hop)? Provided you don't mind leaving your checked luggage in baggage claim during that time (assuming you have checked luggage). But I agree, some of the bundle offers don't spell this out. I saw the same issue when we bought our trip to Montrose (MTJ), no UC at MTJ, but there is one at IAH. On the outbound you can buy a UC pass for $60 (IAH UC), and on the inbound you can buy one for $48.
