13 years old is no longer UM (unaccompanied minor).

But youth. So it's not that expensive.

We had our granddaughter, 12, coming form YYZ to YYC. I don't believe there was an extra charge or paperwork. But if going overseas, might be more complicated. Letter from parent who has the guard? Maybe notarized?
