Short answer: "meh."

I've used plenty of lounges that weren't "crowded;" and let's keep in mind that our addition to the lounge makes it more crowded.

My lounge MO-- put bag down to claim seat, grab food, put on headphones, done.

If it's a lounge with luggage storage-- store bags, inform employees about my choice seat, grab food, put on headphones, done.
