Swiss hands down. Seats/bed, service, food, wine/champagne, and of course the wondering F long-haul arrival service all better. Swiss F lounge in both A and E are also great - as well much better food and quality in ZRH. Amenity kit + the pj are all better on Swiss than LH. ZRH airport is also very small and efficient. The only downside is the A330 only has 1 lavatory, but this never bother me, never have to wait even when cabin was full 8/8.
