So in my case for the delayed flight, because it is easy to write complaints but not good words:
- I filled the form on TAP website and got an answer in under 24 hours.
- They provided 2 options:
- Voucher of 250 euro expiring in 1year
- Money in my bank account 250 euros
- I took the second option and they asked me after 2 days the bank details
- After I sent the bank details I got confirmation they will do it(the answer came in 4-5 business days) and I received the money in 2 weeks
In total less than 3 weeks so the communication was good.
As for delayed flight rebooking what I got was:
- Re-booking to next morning flight
- Hotel with breakfast
- 10 euro voucher
- Taxi which I could never communicate back
