They're not in the same league (IC Danang and IC Nha Trang). Danang is more a boutique hotel and Nha Trang just a big conference hotel, if you want to use that analogy.
In many stays I never saw a conference at the IC Nha Trang.
It is a city hotel with all the advantages and disadvantages.
Da Nang has more a resort feeling, nice beach, but it is fairly far to town/restaurants.
Nha Trang is in the middle of the city with some )often dirty) beach and a smaller pool, but lots of restaurants and other things in walking distance.
It really depends what you prefer. I dislike beeing trapped even in the nices place for more than 1 or 2 days, want to try different restaurants, walk around.
If you are the type who just wants to stay in one location, get pampered and like solitude then Da Nang is the place.
