This is not a courtroom where people are debating the intricacies of the Air Carrier Access Act. I haven't seen a single post saying handicapped people are not worthy of flying or that Southwest shouldn't carry them. You are correct that people are saying handicapped people should be treated differently because that's the point. Able-bodied people don't get wheelchair service from check-in to the gate. If disabled people weren't being treated differently they'd have to fend for themselves. Everyone here agrees that accommodations should be made so people are trying to figure out the most reasonable way to accommodate them.
