On the downside, this hotel is crazy busy. Lounge is packed in the evenings. The breakfast restaurant is good, but arrive early. I hate to say this but many of other guests I've encountered have an elitist, entilted, arrogrant disdain for everything and everyone. Maybe not surprising, but still surprising. Whatever happened to humility, courtesy and common decency?
