Yet another issue
My husband made the terrible mistake of adding his authorized card to his iPhone and of course citi shuts everything down and simply sends an email (no call of course). Another 45 min I have to spend with citi fraud going through every stupid $10 transaction. What really got me is that I was on hold for 10 minutes while they “looked over my file,” if you just called me this wouldn’t be necessary. The people in the call center are so rude and dismissive. Please aa let me have club access through Amex or capital one. This company is a nightmare.
