Just stayed a couple nights. Lobby construction mostly done, can enter through the front again. Can still hear some noises down there during the day. Breakfast still up on 28. No upgrade at all for a diamond (on points), not surprised since there was a concert this weekend in Hyde park. Didn't hear any construction in the room but was barely around during the day.
