Pretty sure most of them have destination fees - I would exclude that from your criteria unless you want to stay at the Liberty or RC. Of course, you want breakfast so the RC is out. Both the Marriott Copley and Marriott Long Wharf are on the breakfast-exempt list and have inconsistent breakfast experiences as a result. I would go with the Liberty or Westin Copley (breakfast welcome gift or club during the week, but destination fee).
