Wow - what a place! As I wrote above, we were upgraded to a 1 BR Deluxe Suite - gorgeous. We have been treated incredibly well as Platinums. Each day they bring us a cheese plate and a bottle of wine. Today we also got a bottle of champagne. Nice $50 credit for breakfast. The staff is uniformly charming and helpful. took a hike today guided by an employee and it was wonderful. The shuttle is a great plus to go around the area. Yes, it's expensive but truly a magnificent place and so happy to be treated so well in recognition of my previous loyalty.
