Yes, already been posted before. Singapore Airlines- JFK FRA $2,089.00 Business class Though pricing at $2,000 is more consistent the other way, FRA-JFK.

But my point being that we have no idea how aspirational this trip is for the OP. Could be worth all the effort for domestic econ + public transit in NYC or it could not be worth all that effort for a short 8h TATL.
