given all of the Ambassador service failures we seem to encounter here, 2 questions:
a) anyone have a good experience with this service
b) does filling out the survey help with anything other than venting

their lack of timeliness and help on this recent attempt at a simple reservation really made a mess of some upcoming plans that I need to rearrange... and they weren't event bothered when I suggested "I guess i just need to find a Hilton"

and hard to make my own reservations now that I am getting the all to frequent 401 authorization required error while trying to load up their website
