I just completed a 3 night stay here for work. Had to book it via Travelperk (our company platform), and this led to no gold benefits whatsoever. Although the man at reception gave a fairly (unnecessarily) lenghty acknowledgement of my status.
Breakfast was ok, good selection. It was quite busy and the coffee machines didn't manage to keep up all the time (a few of them were malfunctioning at any point), but managed to get the coffee in the end so no harm done.
The room had notes about housekeeping being available "on demand" so I was a bit worried about this, but had a cleaner come in every day and they changed all towels and did the usual cleaning you get. And 2 free bottles of water (still & sparkling) available every day in the room
My main complaint is that the towels were a really low quality. And on two nights left a residue of fluff after use on my skin. Not sure what that was about but they really should upgrade the towel situation.
