In Athens, Uber is operated by taxis.
Beware, the hotel is outside the flat rate area -Daktylions - for airport taxis:
From the airport, at night, they remember that the hotel is outside the zone so they charge more.
Strangely enough, back at the airport, taxis apply the flat rate during the day... which is more favourable to them.
And don't try to complain to Uber, they will tell you that everything is normal…
