Unfortunately, no to both.
Access to the First lounge would require OW Emerald or an F ticket inbound, while the CCR would require BA Gold Guest List or an F ticket inbound.
The CCR is not a oneworld lounge, so no OW status allows entry to my knowledge.
You do have access to the Galleries Club lounges as you state.
