Another DP: I created my Aeroplan account a few months ago. Transferred 34K points for the first time today and got an email from Chase almost instantly that my points was transferred successfully. However, Aeroplan still has my balance as zero despite showing the points was received under "View Activity" . Very frustrating as I am trying to book an award flight.
Update: Points showed up about an hour later.
