AFTER row 1, too often you'll find they've filled row 2, meaning baggage gets pushed further down the rows. There's logic in that explanation based on the discussion point. Nowhere did I argue row 1 were being somewhat "evil" by using row 2 lockers. I'm saying - my choice - like to avoid boarding late in CE for that reason alone.
You're commented as if I have no idea how row 1 lockers are arranged on a Neo based on many many CE flights. And then people have liked your reply backing it. Very frustrating.
