Checking back, I can no longer see the option either, although it does have a "pre-order meal" option now, in which I am told I have a complementary meal and that all pre-order meals are sold out. Perhaps in the future we might even be able to choose which box we will get in Plus? Would certainly be nice as I could then finally make true the actual meaning of SAS: Salmon Always Salmon
