Back with more questions. My tier year starts in March. I will hit concierge in September 2023. Do I get the benefits of concierge between Sep 23 and March 24 and then get the same benefits between March 24 and March 25.

In reality I would like to use the companion fare to NYC in December and West Coast late summer of 24.
