I'm having my ambassador tell me I got $6500 worth of credit for my Ritz stay across two rooms. Except I only have one folio on my account activity for $5600. She says otherwise. Which also makes me question my points for my CC bonus that say it posted on my account but the total doesn't line up as I planned on breaking a million points after said ritz stay.
