wow, received a response in 10 minutes:
"Let us kindly inform you that the Executive rooms at the Budapest Marriott Hotel do have an access to the M Club Lounge which is located on the lobby level. The American buffet breakfast will be included and will be served at the DNB Budapest restaurant."
edit: so it appears buffet breakfast included with any executive room booked, regardless of status.
edit 2: the confusion is on all the 3rd party booking sites, when choosing an executive room there is still an option to add on "continental breakfast" for about $70 more a night for 2....but reps email is stating all executive rooms include breakfast.
from follow up email:
"The benefit for the Executive room is that it is inclusive of the breakfast and the M Club Lounge access."
I certainly don't want to book the room without the breakfast option only to be denied when we get there.
