I guess I was just a little hopeful that with the new revamping of the program that things would improve
while I have a variety of reasons why I didnt book this myself - as I typically do all of my own travel planning (and tell my corporate travel what I want), I guess I was taken back a little by the reality that this program not only didnt help me solve my simple request in a timely manner - but they made things worse.
Maybe I am just spoiled by using the elite services offered by airline of choice (UA-1k, which I see you are part of also and probably can understand) in which they actually help and pretend to care vs general marginal responsiveness and a tone of why am I wasting their time and "oh the computer is not working again" answer to everything.
so, yes - just venting
