If they are wiling to cannibalize 1 WAW-ICN frequency (the bilateral limit is 5 per week) they must feel they will make money on WRO-ICN. If they are making money on BUD-ICN (and apparently they are), they should also be profitable on flights ex WRO which is Korean investment paradise...
