silly of me to think that an Ambassador would be able to help book a FNA
- the other stuff were minor details

I just called the 24 hour A line.... on for about 20 minutes to see if they could help
- "sorry, we are having computer issues"
- but she sent a memo to my personal Amb to hopefully get her to look at this first thing in the morning
