More Ambassador Frustrations....

Earlier this week, I contacted my personal ambassador about helping with an upcoming reservation -
I was looking to use my 75-night 'free night award' for an upcoming 1-day stay at a Marriott hotel in Denver
- the property (Tech Center) had rooms available at the 35k rate
- I indicated that it was for a birthday celebration
- A few minor requests (like 2 queen bedside or a king with an extra bed)
Got a reply over a day later (out of the office due to the July 4th holiday?) that I would need to call myself due to security issues
- I replied with an email "who do I call?"
- I then called my Ambassador back on her "private line" - after about 10+ rings - went to voicemail
- Left a message.... 10 hours ago....no response
then figured I would just try myself using the app or website

result: least expensive rooms were now ~$900 per night and no award availabilities

lesson learned - want it right, do it yourself

so far, the few times that I have tried using this service, the only predictable outcome is frustrations.
