Or, make the lounge benefit a seperate benefit based on annual spending, or a seperate benefit for an additional fee of $300+ annually.
And all lounges should only deal with "premium" travel credit cards that reimburse at least the same rate as the price of the lounge's own one-time pass. This will force those credit cards to do something on their end.
