But overnight just seems to be tempting fate, and the cost savings maybe not worth the risk (however small) of damage.

For <72 hours, SFO hourly lot quoting $108 v. $50 at Park SFO or Anza. I will probably just suck it up given the convenience factor, though maybe depends on traffic.
Both ParkSFO and Anza always have coupons - haven’t paid attn. to Anza lately as I was not impressed at all last time I used them, but ParkSFO always has 1/2/3/4 days free. But at a base price of $18.95/day (IIRC), and no long-term discounts, it gets pretty exhirbunant fast once you are out of town for a couple of weeks or more.

on the trip when I was contemplating using Milbrae, decided to just Uber back and forth - even at $70-80 each way (from east bay), still well cheaper than parking except for Milbrae. If even then, coming back with kids after a ULH, at night, Uber is going to make more sense anyway, since it will also be able to get going home since we won’t have the PITA of getting to the car, or me having yo do it, then coming back to get wife/kids, etc.
