I'd say 75% of the time I try to get into a lounge, there is a wait to get in. Doesn't matter if it's in the US or abroad. Increase memberships costs, diminish guest admittance, eliminate on-arrival perks, increase AF for credit card admittance.
I have abandoned trying any PP lounge — they are exceptionally crowded or turn you away. Will definitely cancel that card next year…
Haven’t had any issues with Admirals Club (yet). Glad they turn away day passes versus making those with memberships wait.
