This is an odd one. According to Expert Mode, what’s happening is that United.com is pulling up a Y fare for your outbound, because the inventory they’re seeing on the SunExpress flight is Y9 and then 0 for every other bucket. This feels like the kind of married segment nonsense that Lufthansa likes to do. Given that SunExpress is a LH/TK venture, perhaps they apply the same level of inventory control.
