When I go to the points.com page the pull-down menu offers me a 50% bonus on purchases from 5,000 to 29,000 points, and a 75% bonus on purchases of higher amounts.

Eg. 30,000 + 22,500 for $1050 CAD

And the fine print re the future 15% bonus is at the bottom of the page with all the other fine print.
