For a globalist, it’s a no-brainer. Might possibly be a few dollars more at HR for a smaller room, but worth it. I’ve stayed at HR LAX about 20 times since it opened, including 4 or 5 stays after my HH/HP “check it out stay“ in December 2021 shortly after it opened. My usual stay at HR LAX is 4 to 5 nights, I’ve never had failure applying a TSU so I can’t speak to the likelihood of a Globalist “as available” upgrade at check-in.
