For small-mid families travelling to/from Hong Kong during school holidays, this is very good. Prices for off-peak flights between Hong Kong and Europe and the US have been rising significantly in recent times. Whilst a niche cohort and not everyone would benefit, the decreases are definitely welcome (independent of the increases).
