Other front row points..

(1) if seated in 1C early you will get hit with every other rucksack during boarding
(2) if seated in the front row all of your bags and coats need to go up above your heads in the bins which are often full of crew bags, oxygen equipment and sundry catering bags.
(3) if flying on Avion (temporarily wet leasing out of Gatwick) there is no curtain and streams of people will queue for the loo alongside the first couple of rows. There is also a window in the bulkhead on the AC side which hardly make the seats there private. NB these are A320 not A321
