Shortly after takeoff, smoke alarm went off and they returned to HAM. Parked on the apron with lots of fire trucks around, passengers left the aircraft via stairs and were bussed back to the terminal.
Coworker on this flight told me source of the smoke/fire threat was an oven in the galley, and they'll depart again on the same aircraft shortly.
That's going to be an expensive burnt toast, so to speak.
