I had the same issue but as a UA Gold traveling on Austrian (Part of LH group). I had to show my Frequent Flyer membership card (digital from UA app) to enter a lounge.

Kind of annoying when UA*G (or in OP’s case SQ*G) doesn’t appear on a BP
