It will turn ugly if your AF flight is delayed by a couple of hours. And Japanese agents play by the book, so unlikely to get a courtesy protection from them.

If AF departure is delayed by more than an hour, I suggest that you get on the phone with ANA from CDG and reschedule your flight. Unfortunately ANA departs from T1 at CDG, so far from AF departure.

At HND, I believe that both AF and NH international flights operate at T3. But if bags are not checked through, you will have to enter Japan.
