SQ Gold - status not showing on SN/LH boarding pass
Hi,
I have just checked in for two flights operated by SN / LH respectively departing tomorrow. My KrisFlyer number was entered during booking and I confirmed it during the check-in process. However on my boarding pass the "status" field is blank - usually it should indicate that I am a Star Alliance Gold member.
Are there any tips for rectifying this? I contacted SN who said the number appeared in the system but they couldn't see the status.
I will need it to access the Senator Lounges at MUC tomorrow - as well as to collect points.
