The biggest improvement would be seat blocking of the middle seat. Perhaps some elevated meal experience (cloths, slightly better meals etc., just as they did a couple of years ago).
The whole thing could also mean the opposite, moving Plus further away from SH Business towards only a Premium Economy Product or even less.
If SAS wanted to go back to the past with seat blocking in a mini front cabin on short-haul flights and try it again, this may be as good a time as any to try to do that.
Seems to me like business travel on SAS short-haul flights may have plateaued at a much lower level than it was at before the pandemic, but who knows if knocking out even a low number of middle seats from the seat charts on short-haul would cost SAS more money than it brings in.
