I finally got an answer from RewardOps re a Black Friday purchase from Best Buy. It was excluded from points as I had not noticed that "items picked up in store" are listed under exclusions. This may have been the reason for other shoppers' missing points.
Ah yes, I noticed that and cancelled my order to have it delivered instead. My order receipt indicates that it was shipped and not for in-store pickup. Submitted another "missing points" request (this is my third time) but highly doubt I'll get a reply. It has been half a year already
