Hi, on the Chase portal, I can book the following room at Budapest Marriot Hotel.

Executive Room, M Club lounge access, 1 King, High floor, $380/night

Questions : will this include a buffet breakfast?
2nd, the regular executive room without M club access through Chase portal is the same price, but with continental breakfast option, it jumps to $480. Why would it be the same price without M club access? Both say river view and same sq. feet.
Does this mean M club access would be just a buffet breakfast? Anyone have experience with this breakfast?
