When we went to Aman-i-khas, the first tiger visit was to a zone that permitted trucks. The trucks are dump-truck size with 30 or 50 seats mounted on them, and zillions of them clogged around every tiger in a way that made it virtually impossible to see anything. So we complained and the next day they took us to park sector that did not allow trucks and it was much better. But "better" is still a relative term and as several have pointed out earlier, there is no way the experience is at all comparable in quality to even an average-level African safari.
