Sorry I’m tardy. IMO, pros of each based on many HR stays and 1 HH/HP stay:

HR: If Globalist, the included benefit breakfast, buffet or menu, is far superior to HH/HP.
Closer to airport, easier walk.
Better lobby marketplace/snacks, better lobby bar area and offerings.
Bathrobes available.

HP/HH: Average room probably larger than HR, HH rooms could be a suite and/or have a kitchenette.
Typical, borderline acceptable breakfast included for all.
If very dark room preferred, interior rooms with light well hit the mark.

Both have nice fitness centers. HR has a nice pool and pool deck which I’ve seen, HH/HP appears to have a nice pool on website photos.
