I find some problem with booking ticket with United award miles. Suddenly a new option opens up and when try to book it, the website goes back and the option disappears. Also United is not showing some Star Alliance members in their bookings to places in those countries. For example, United is not showing Air India in their bookings now, though both are Star Alliance members. Can anybody highlight on this?
